I've taken snapshots with cameras since I was a kid, mainly just to keep a record of people and events that interested me, then it happened, I realized that it was more than just a past time, I wanted to take pictures that would move me. When I got my first digital camera in 1999 it made me try even harder to learn more and experiment, and that I did. A few cameras later, (and a few $$$$), I came into my own, by learning from the great photographers I respected and by following my own heart.
For me, photography is very personal, and recreates kind of a spiritual experience. Technical expertise is always an essential element, but the most important element in any photo is the way it makes you feel, the "mood" it conveys. My photos are mainly limited to scenics, landscapes and outdoor scenes because that is what I'm passionate about. I've taken tens of thousands of photos in the past few years, but these are my favorites. I hope you enjoy them!
