I started taking snapshots with cameras when I was a kid, mainly just to keep a record of people and events that interested me, then it happened, I realized that it was more than just a past time, I wanted to take pictures that would move me. When I got my first digital camera in 1999 it made me try even harder to learn more and experiment, and that passion became one of my journeys. I learned as much as I could, mainly on the internet, competing in competitions, getting feedback from other photographers and seeing how they got results using techniques and filters. I use a digital SLR with some great lenses and filters now, but being in the right place at the right time with the right lighting is key, you just have to know how to capture it. By following my own heart, I've been able to capture and recreate the places on this journey of mine.

For me, photography is very personal, and recreates kind of a spiritual experience. Technical expertise is always an essential element, but the most important element in any photo is the way it makes you feel, the "mood" it conveys. My photos are mainly limited to scenics, landscapes and outdoor scenes because that is what I'm passionate about. I've taken thousands of photos in the past years, but these are my favorites. I hope you enjoy them!

All the photos in my galleries are available for prints. Photos are also available for stock or limited use, cost varies for usage, size, and number of publications, please contact me for a quote. Assignment photography also available.
